KRA:

 

  • Sales infrastructure creation.
  • Improve delivery system.
  • Build mechanism to maintain competitive edge in market.
  • System development.
  • Cost control.
  • Strengthening of customer service & support &complaint redressal system.

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

  • Framing, releasing & communicating the commercial policies to sales department with respect to price, credit teams, discounts taking into account statutory levies.
  • Reviewing order received on commercial teams before leasing for dispatch
  • Co-ordination with dispatch for speedy execution of commercially cleared order including export order.
  • Taking decision for converting Performa into factory work order.
  • Co-ordination with major client from the point of booking to delivery.
  • Assisting sales in booking order to generate maximum profit by utilizing optimizers package.
  • Ensuring effective co-ordination amongst sales, factory dispatch & customer on day-to-day basis.
  • Giving weekly details of the invoice generated to the concerned sales personnel.
  • Assisting accounts department
  • Assisting account department in maintaining entries correctly
  • Keeping the management informed about weekly sales & collection status region wise.
  • Providing accurate age wise outstanding details to sales department fortnightly.
  • Ensuring timely issue of credit notes to the parties, settlement of issues related to rejection notes.
  • Following up for collection of statutory forms like Form-C, Form-H, & EMD etc with concerned parties.
  • Helping sales with the account reconciliation of parties
  • Handling logistics, which involves unloading of finished goods in Mumbai.
  • Finalizing cost effective transporter
  • Coordination with insurance companies for insurance claim.
  • Optimizing the performance of team members in supply chain with effective motivation keeping them goal oriented.
