  1. A minimum of 3-5 years marketing or sales administrative experience;
  2. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Front Page/DreamWeaver skills required;
  3. Good communications skills;
  4. B.A. in marketing, business or organizational development a plus;
  5. Be able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
  6. Excellent Word (creation of templates and macros), Excel, PowerPoint (customized), and email (Outlook) skills
  7. Good project management skills.
  8. Sound understanding of the principles of marketing.
  9. Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing.
  10. Excellent copywriting skills – ability to rework technical text for a broader audience.
  11. Ability to manage a campaign budget.
  12. Creative and innovative.
  13. Good attention to detail.
  14. Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
