KRA:

 

  • Maintenance of factory premises
  • Security and Safety of the premises
  • Housekeeping including Electrical Maintenance, Civil Maintenance and Renovations
  • Conference Rooms and Employee Amenities at factory premises
  • Asset and Facility Management like care & safe custody of factory equipment
  • Annual Maintenance Contract on all equipment and gadgets
  • Vendor Management and ensuring uniformity of processes and error free service delivery.
  • Stationery for the factory to be coordinated
  • Transport and Travel
  • Accommodation for visiting employees to HO
  • Support Employee Relocation
  • Liaison With local statutory authorities namely Electrical, Fire, Municipal Corporation, Police etc.
  • Estimating Budgets on the above seeking approval and maintaining budgets

 

Role & responsibilities:

  • Implementing a systems approach to all activities
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the facility.
  • Looking after the various aspects of security and administration, Vendor creation & maintenance for competitive pricing,
  • Electricity controls
  • Movement of vehicles
  • Maintenance of Accounts incl. vouching and bookkeeping.
  • Preparation of vouchers and posting to Cash Book.
  • Scheduling travel arrangements and meetings.
  • Entering data into the computer and maintaining files
  • Answering enquiries related to building maintenance and solving it internally or contracting external parties to solve the problem
  • Responding to requests for stationary and taking charge of stock
  • Arranging payment of utility and maintenance-related bills
  • Ensuring the factory premises are clean
  • Issue & record Purchase Orders
  • Liaise with Suppliers
  • Responsible for upkeep of maintenance and service agreements.
  • Planning and execution of general administration policies/ procedures.
  • Manage matters related to Township, Guest house, traveling, dispatch, housekeeping, liaison with local authorities
  • Manage general administration works [Ticketing, Stay Arrangements, Mails & Couriers, Petty cash, Office boys, General Purchase, Stocks, Payment for Basic Services / Bills, Cafe etc.
  • Liaison with all concern Govt. authorities like ESI, PF Comm, Labour office, Local police station, RTO, Factory Inspector etc
  • Administration activities for contractors like security, housekeeping, landscaping, and canteen.

Job profile:

 

  • Any graduate with some professional degree or certificate / diploma with experience in handling general administration in a plant of about 5 to 8 years
  • Knowledge of Factory Act, EPF and HR compliance norms
  • Should be capable of handling the administrative affairs of the factory premises
  • Knowledge of Facility Management Housekeeping.
  • Ability to relate to all kinds of people, builds rapport and constructive relationships.
  • Communication and negotiation skill a must.
  • Should have multi tasking capability in administering all the vertical functions in factory
