SR.EXECUTIVE GENERAL MAINTENACE-FACTORY

KRA:

 

  • Responsible for general maintenance of factory premises.
  • Take Corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance, Uptime monitoring & performance of facilities,
  • Maintenance tools, supplies & materials, Maintenance planning & execution, Spares planning, procurement, stock & management, Machine manuals and history records, Energy management.
  • Work culture, Maintenance procedures, recording, Maintenance performance monitoring & reporting
  • Responsible for maintenance of all factory equipments.

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of power and water at the new office during the construction period
  • Manage the housekeeping services and engineering facilities at the factory
  • Appoint a security agency and supervise their functions
  • Operate and maintain the electrical system, plumbing system, telephone system, HVAC system, UPS system, voltage stabilizers, etc; negotiate annual maintenance contracts wherever required; and coordinate with vendors
  • Ensure completion of documentation formalities of statutory requirements of government agencies, deposit utility payments within the due date, liaison with government departments, etc.
  • Will perform any other related task from time to time
  • House keeping involves maintenance of the factory area both internal as well as outer surroundings
  • Job involves checking of the area in respect of sweeping, washing and cleaning of the building
  • To arrange manpower for the required area.
  • Distribute the manpower for cleaning floor wise area.
  • Special arrangement of material for cleaning
  • To check the cleaning material on day-to-day basis.
  • Check stock of material
  • Attendance register to be checked daily turnout i.e. Dress etc of sweepers
  • Maintenance of all factory premises
  • Security and Safety of the premises
  • Housekeeping including Electrical Maintenance, Civil Maintenance and Renovations
  • Conference Rooms and Employee Amenities
  • Asset and Facility Management
  • Care and Safe custody of office equipment
  • Annual Maintenance Contract on all Equipment and gadgets
  • Vendor Management and ensuring uniformity of processes and error free service delivery.
  • Front Office Management
  • Estimating Budgets on the above seeking approval and maintaining budgets
  • Implementing a systems approach to all activities.

 

Job profile:

 

  • Diploma with experience in Hospitality Management
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi is required
  • A working knowledge of MS Office is required
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to get work done by other
  • Systematic prompt work style
  • In depth functional knowledge in the areas of Admin and Facility,
  • Good analytical & grasping power.
