Role & responsibilities:
- Prepare HR plan & budget.
- Framing HR policies & implement it after approval.
- Conduct exist interview at senior level.
- Implementing performance improvement plans for under-performers
- Reviewing and designing Compensation and benefits structure
- Designing and implementation of Incentive Schemes
- Design, develop and implement recruitment policies & processes
- Diagnosing the unique needs of hiring managers and conducting comprehensive interviews that test both analytical and interpersonal attributes.
- Bring Organization development practices while managing change
Job profile:
- MBA from a institute of repute having minimum ____ yrs of experience in all facets of corporate HR.
- Strong Functional expertise on various conceptual & operational aspects of HR
