KRA:

 

  • Increase reach
  • Resource mobilization.
  • Designing and Implementation of HR policies, systems and processes.
  • Frame HR strategy in line with business objectives
  • Bringing HR Policies and Process Design in line with the Corporate Vision, business mission and company growth plan.
  • Create best practices across all HR functions.

 

Role & responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare HR plan & budget.
  • Framing HR policies & implement it after approval.
  • Conduct exist interview at senior level.
  • Implementing performance improvement plans for under-performers
  • Reviewing and designing Compensation and benefits structure
  • Designing and implementation of Incentive Schemes
  • Design, develop and implement recruitment policies & processes
  • Diagnosing the unique needs of hiring managers and conducting comprehensive interviews that test both analytical and interpersonal attributes.
  • Bring Organization development practices while managing change

 

 

Job profile:

 

  • MBA from a institute of repute having minimum ____ yrs of experience in all facets of corporate HR.
  • Strong Functional expertise on various conceptual & operational aspects of HR
  • Must be a go-getter and high on execution, must be able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic vision and analytical skills.
  • Process and detail-oriented individual who does not lose sight of the bigger picture.
  • Superior professionalism, discretion, and judgment
  • Should have excellent levels of communication/interpersonal skills.
