We hereby give you 30 days written notice of the termination of your employment, with immediate effect. We shall be paying off the thirty days (30) notice period from (xdate – ydate). Your last payment will be issued to you on 30/xx/xxxx.

As per your Employment Contract, you are required to do a proper handover of all passwords, files, instruction manuals, confidential documents, stationeries, keys, name cards, membership card, daily planner, new member log, lanyard, name tag, office access card and all other properties belonging to the Company to your Manager/Supervisor which were made available to you previously (the “Said Clearance”) to be completed on or before date xx/xx/xxxx

Kindly note, that your employment pass/identity card will be canceled; following termination of your employment.
